Every case begins with an honest assessment. Some situations are technically recoverable, while others require investigation or documentation rather than direct recovery. Our process is designed to identify the right path before any engagement begins.
Tell us what happened, including the type of wallet or exchange involved, what you still have access to (device, password, seed phrase fragments, wallet files, or transaction IDs), and approximately when the incident occurred. We review the information to determine whether your case falls into a realistically recoverable category.
Depending on your situation, we either perform technical diagnostics on wallet files or devices, or conduct blockchain tracing to analyse the movement of funds and identify relevant transaction paths.
Before any work begins, you'll receive a written agreement explaining the scope of work, pricing model, estimated timeline, and any success-based fee arrangements where applicable. Work only starts once you approve the engagement.
For recovery engagements, we restore access or recovered assets to a wallet under your control, with success-based fees applied only where agreed. For tracing engagements, we deliver a comprehensive investigation report together with practical guidance on recommended next steps.
Not all of these will apply to your case — bring whatever you have. Missing items don't disqualify you from a review.
The software, hardware device, or exchange platform involved.
Any words you remember, even partial or possibly out of order.
Keystore, .dat, or other backup files, even if they seem corrupted.
Hashes or references for any transfers relevant to your case.
Approximately when the loss or access issue occurred.
The physical device, if the issue involves a hardware wallet.
Step Two determines which of these applies to your case — most cases fall clearly into one, though some involve both.
